As an affiliate organization of the Roanoke Regional Chamber of Commerce ("RRCC" or the "Chamber"), NewVaConnects (“NVC”) is committed to respecting the privacy rights of our members and all visitors to our web site.  The following outlines the NVC privacy policy to safeguard and protect your privacy.

Personal Information:

Any personal information you provide to us through membership or event registration, including and similar to, your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities, or individuals outside of NVC.

To the extend that NVC needs to share member information with a third party contractor or service provider, NVC will only do so if that party agreed to protect your private information by adopting a privacy policy at least as stringent as our own or is under a confidentiality agreement with NVC.

By registering as a member of NVC, you consent to receive communications via email or regular mail.  Your e-mail address is used by NVC to correspond with you, in order to notify you about new NVC member benefits, important functionality changes to the Web site, or other matters that may be of interest to our membership.  If you would rather not receive this information, or would like to opt-out of receiving e-mail of this kind, simply click on the "Unsubscribe" link that appears in any email and follow the simple instructions to have your email address removed from the list of members who receive notices.
